How do you make an abstract organisational transformation tangible for the people in the middle of it? That was CZ’s question. We took care of the visual and technical realisation of their concept: an interactive experience route aimed at employee engagement during a period of change. The goal: to encourage employees to reflect on what they themselves can do in their own role to make that change happen.
Employees move through a route of rooms in which projections, physical objects and sound together form a believable world. In one room, a vivid world is brought to life that makes the person behind the insurance policy concrete and tangible.
In another room, a single telephone stands on a plinth, lit up in the dark. The phone rings. When you pick it up, you are taken into a world you do not normally see. The interaction is simple, the execution precise: every detail in image, sound and technology is designed to draw the participant fully into the story.
The experience ran over several months. More than 2,000 employees took part and became actively engaged in the changes within the organisation.
